Fitness & Conditioning Class

This Fitness and Conditioning Class is run by Jo Torr (a personal trainer who runs Torr de Force), which take place on Wednesdays from 9:30 – 10:30am (term-time only).

The classes cost £6 per person per session and include boxing, high intensity interval training, strength training (using kettle-bells and dumbbells), core-based work, all to music with a thorough warm and up and well-deserved cool down.

We are a friendly and supportive bunch and all levels of ability are very welcome.
