On Saturday 10 June, Boogie Academy – for children who want to learn to act, sing and dance in a fun and friendly environment – launches at Rowsley Village Hall.
Children develop exciting characters, strong singing techniques and high energy jazz dancing. Classes are split into three fun half hour sessions and allow children to explore their creativity in musical theatre.
An equal emphasis is put on singing, dancing and acting, to produce triple threat performers. Each year, classes work towards a full scale musical performance as well as being part of the Boogie Academy shows.
We have developed strong links with agents and industry professionals for children wanting to eventually progress towards professional work in the performing arts arena.
